Requests for Alumni Receptions and Social Functions

If you would like to hold an Alumni Reception, Meeting, or Social Function during Plastic Surgery the Meeting, please fill out and submit a FUNCTION SPACE REQUEST FORM. Space is limited and will be assigned on a first come, first served basis so be sure to submit your form early. The deadline to submit all function space request forms is Wednesday, July 31, 2024.

Any activity planned or offered by a company at Plastic Surgery the Meeting and held between September 26 – 29, 2024 in San Diego, must complete the Function Space Request Form.

Saturday, Sept. 28 has been designated as the official Alumni Night. If you are planning an alumni reception, we strongly encourage you to take advantage of this designated night as it may increase the attendance of your function.

After June 5th, all groups will start receiving confirmation emails with space assignments (if requested). All approved functions will be available to view in the Plastic Surgery The Meeting App and the Reception/Event Listing at the meeting.
