Defeat Snatched from the Jaws of Victory: Lessons Learned Sat, Sep 28 2:00-3:30 p.m. PDT

Sometimes things don’t go as we hoped. Often we learn the most from the cases that didn’t turn out how we expected. Seasoned surgeons on this panel will frankly discuss their less than ideal cases and share with the audience the insights gained from their struggles.

At the end of this activity participants should be able to:

  1. Identify pitfalls for a variety of procedures.
  2. Describe strategies for how to navigate and avoid these complications.

Accreditation: The American Society of Plastic Surgeons® (ASPS) is accredited by the Accreditation Council for Continuing Education to provide continuing medical education for physicians.

Designation: The ASPS designates this live activity for a maximum of 1.5 AMA PRA Category 1 Credit™. Physicians should claim only the credit commensurate with the extent of their participation in the activity.
