Challenging Fractures of the Hands and Fingers Thu, Sep 26 3:00-4:00 p.m. PDT

Panelists will discuss experiences with treating a variety of complex and traumatic hand injuries including Intra-articular fractures; open fractures; comminuted fractures; intraosseous fractures; avulsion fractures; pathological fractures and stress fractures.

At the end of this activity participants will be able to:

  1. Identify at least three different types of complex fractures and related treatment strategies.
  2. Identify common complications and preventative and treatment measures.
