Thinking Outside the Box: Facelifts Sun, Sep 29 10:30 a.m.-12:00 p.m. PDT

Panelists will present and discuss innovative approaches to facial rejuvenation. Topics will include the use of bioabsorbable scaffolding, which provides support and structure and aids in the post-op healing process; laser, ultrasound and other minimally invasive treatments. Panelists will also discuss a high SMAS facelift as well as combination treatments that pair traditional facelift procedures with non-surgical adjuncts.

Upon completion of this learning activity, participants should be able to:

  1. Identify criteria in selecting patients who are good candidates for a high SMAS lift.
  2. Understand key surgical techniques for a high SMAS lift
  3. Identify at least two of the latest approaches in facial rejuvenation
