Innovations in Flexor Tendon Repair Fri, Sep 27 5:00-6:00 p.m. PDT

In recent years, several innovations have emerged in the field of flexor tendon repairs aimed at improving outcomes, reducing complications, and enhancing rehabilitation. Some notable innovations include: Strand-by-Strand repair technique; core suture techniques biological augmentation; and tendon repair implants. Panelists will share information on these innovations including the latest research and clinical studies on the long-term outcomes for patients.

At the end of this activity participants will be able to:

  1. Describe at least three new tendon repair techniques.
  2. Understand complementary rehabilitation protocols.
